Welcome to SF Puppy Prep. By using our website, enrolling in our programs, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About SF Puppy Prep

SF Puppy Prep (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a puppy training and socialization school located at 251 6th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. We offer puppy prep school programs, group training classes, puppy socials, outdoor education, small dog daycare, and private training services. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy at sfpuppyprep.com/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

SF Puppy Prep offers the following services:

Puppy Prep School is an all-day training and socialization program for puppies aged 8–20 weeks, held Monday through Thursday. Packages include Prep School Foundations, Prep School Intensive, and Prep School Premium.

Group Classes are weekly training classes for puppies and dogs of various ages and skill levels, using positive reinforcement methods. Current offerings include Puppy Fundamentals (100), Adolescent Fundamentals (101), Puppy Advanced (200), and Canine Good Citizen (300).

Puppy Socials are 45-minute supervised socialization sessions for puppies aged 9–18 weeks.

Outdoor Education is a real-world training program for adolescent dogs up to 10 months old, conducted in outdoor environments throughout San Francisco.

Itty Bitty Doggy City is an all-ages daycare tailored for dogs under 20 lbs.

Private Training provides personalized, one-on-one training sessions tailored to your dog’s individual needs.

4. Enrollment and Payment

Registration for classes, puppy socials, and other programs is completed through our website. Your registration reserves a spot and prevents others from enrolling. By registering, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions for which you have enrolled. SF Puppy Prep uses Paypal for secure payment processing. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the class or session start date and will be subject to a $50 administration and processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. There are no make-up classes available for group classes or puppy socials. For Puppy Prep School and Outdoor Education packages, please contact us directly to discuss cancellation terms.

6. Vaccination and Health Requirements

For the safety of all dogs in our care, all dogs attending any SF Puppy Prep program must meet the following requirements:

All dogs must have veterinary proof of at least one set of core DAPP/DHPP vaccinations and one Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination administered at least 3 days prior to attending. Please note that Bordetella is not part of the standard core vaccination set — if you are unsure whether your dog has received it, please consult your veterinarian.

Puppies attending prep school or puppy socials must have been living in their new home for at least 7 days prior to their first session, and must appear healthy and parasite-free at the time of attendance. SF Puppy Prep reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that appears unwell or poses a risk to other dogs or staff.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Dog training and socialization activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, injuries from play, and other incidents. By enrolling your dog in any SF Puppy Prep program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that SF Puppy Prep, its trainers, and its staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to your dog or to you arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

You represent that your dog is in good health and has no known behavioral history that would make them a risk to other dogs, clients, or staff. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to your dog’s health or behavioral status.

8. Photo and Video Consent

SF Puppy Prep may photograph or record video of your dog and you during training sessions and programs for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. By enrolling in our services, you consent to this use. If you do not wish your dog or image to be used for these purposes, please notify us in writing at info@sfpuppyprep.com prior to your first session.

9. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number to SF Puppy Prep — whether through our website, in person, or by phone — you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from SF Puppy Prep regarding your bookings, appointments, training follow-ups, and other communications related to our services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. To request help, reply HELP. You may also contact us directly at info@sfpuppyprep.com or (415) 618-0828 to opt out.

For more information on how we handle your personal information, including your phone number, please review our Privacy Policy at sfpuppyprep.com/privacy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Website Use

The content on sfpuppyprep.com — including text, images, logos, and other materials — is the property of SF Puppy Prep and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Our website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
